91̽��

This fall, the School of Business and Communication at 91̽�� will welcome back Dr. Kevin Hill to an in-person teaching position.

With degrees from the University of Southern California; California State University, Northridge; University of California, Irvine; and Northcentral University, Hill has a long history of working in academic settings. He has held various teaching, coaching, and administrative positions at schools in California and Kansas.

“I’ve taught at five different schools,” Hill said, “and 91̽�� students are by far my favorite. They’re fun to teach and have an eagerness to learn. The community of 91̽�� is second to none.”

Hill came to 91̽�� in 2011. He served on campus in multiple capacities as professor, chair of the business department, dean of the faculty, dean of the School of Business and Communication, and vice president of administration.

Even after moving out of California in 2019, Hill continued to work with 91̽�� Online.

Hill’s time at the University left a lasting impression on him. He said that the possibility of returning to teach in person had been discussed “almost since the day I left,” and he is excited to finally be on campus again as a business professor.

Hill’s colleagues also couldn’t be happier. Dr. John Beck, dean of the School of Business and Communication, said of him, “In the classroom, Hill brings unmatched skill in teaching, and a real understanding of assessment. Students love him and so do we.”
